Tax Preparation

We bill for tax returns based upon the forms within the return with basic returns starting at $75. In addition, we may bill hourly for extensive additional tabulation or required research.  Tax returns can be completed on a fully remote basis with our secure document portal and electronic signature options.​​

Quickbooks

Quickbooks assistance is provided from a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor.  We offer Quickbooks packages starting at $100 per month which include the price of your basic Quickbooks online subscription (new Quickbooks customers only).  We also offer Desktop support and other services such as set-up, clean-up and conversions from Desktop to Online.

Bookkeeping

We offer bookkeeping services and support on an hourly basis with a minimum of $25 per quarter-hour with no commitment.  We can also set up a plan for monthly, quarterly, or annual support and clean-up services tailored to your specific needs. Contact us for details on package pricing.

Payroll

Full service payroll options can include direct deposit,  making tax deposits. and required quarterly tax filing.  Packages are dependent on number of employees and pay periods and what services you need.  Our minimum package starts at $80 for the first 2 employees and payroll taxes and W-2s are discounted 50% off our regular prices with an active payroll service.

Financial Coaching

Financial Coaching packages are custom depending on your needs.  A 45 min stategy session to help resolve pressing issues starts at $100.   We also have 90 day packages with multiple followups and a 12 step plan with monthly appointments.  All packages include personalized assessments and plans to help you meet your goals.
